IA Design and Event Planner Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   Welcome to IA Design and Event Planner. These terms and conditions govern the use of our services as a Wedding Planner and any other related services we offer. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions in their entirety.

2. Wedding Planner Services
   IA Design and Event Planner offers professional event planning and coordination services, especially focused on weddings and related celebrations. We are committed to providing a high-quality service to create memorable and personalized experiences for our clients.

3. Client Responsibilities
   The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their preferences, requirements, and expectations for the event. Any changes or updates to the information provided must be communicated to IA Design and Event Planner in a timely manner. The client is also responsible for complying with agreed payments and providing the necessary documents and permits for the event.

4. Intellectual Property
   IA Design and Event Planner retains all intellectual property rights over any design, creative idea, concept, proposal, or material developed during the planning and execution of the event. These elements may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without the prior written consent of IA Design and Event Planner.

5. Pricing and Payments
   The prices of our services will be determined by mutual agreement between IA Design and Event Planner and the client, and will be established in a separate contract. Payments must be made as agreed, and any delay in payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of our services.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
   Any cancellation or modification of the event must be notified in writing to IA Design and Event Planner. Depending on the planning stage of the event, cancellation fees may apply. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the cancellation policies established in the contract between IA Design and Event Planner and the client.

7. Limitation of Liability
   IA Design and Event Planner strives to provide services of the highest quality. However, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or any other event beyond our control that may affect the planning or execution of the event. Our liability is limited to the scope of our contracted services.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
   We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our privacy policies. All information provided by the client will be treated confidentially and will only be used for purposes related to the planning and execution of the event.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
   These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country or state in which IA Design and Event Planner operates. Any dispute related to our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.
